Shipping
Every item is printed to order, so production takes a short time before it ships — usually 2–7 business days. Once it's out the door, you'll get a tracking number by email.
Shipping times vary by destination. Exact estimates are shown at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship
T-shirts, journals, desk pads and mouse pads ship worldwide.
Art prints and stickers currently ship to the United States and Canada only. This is a limitation of the facilities that print them rather than a choice, and we're working on wider coverage. If an item can't reach your address it won't be available to add to your cart, so you'll never be charged for something we can't deliver.
Orders arriving separately
Different product types are made at different facilities — a t-shirt and an art print may be printed on different continents. If your order contains several product types they may arrive in separate parcels, sometimes days apart. There's no extra charge for this.
Customs and import duties
International orders may attract import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your country, collected on delivery, and outside our control. Any such charges are the recipient's responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
Because everything is made specifically for your order, we're not able to accept returns for a change of mind or for the wrong size being ordered. Please check the size chart on the product page before buying — and ask us first if you're unsure, we'd much rather help before you order.
If something arrives damaged, misprinted, or simply wrong, email themellowick@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll replace it free of charge and you won't need to send anything back.
